Dr. Ken Lawhorn - President & CEO of Lawhorn & Company International, Inc.

Dr. Ken Lawhorn has been in public accounting and financial services for 20 plus years. For a decade Dr. Lawhorn was a consultant to all of the big six accounting firms. His experience and commitment to Churches, Ministries & Non-Profit Organizations lead him to form his own business, Lawhorn & Company International, Inc.  

Dr. Ken Lawhorn received his Ph.D. in business administration from Emmanuel Baptist University. A graduate of the prestigious Georgia Military Academy, he also studied at the University of London in England. For over a decade he worked at Chitwood & Chitwood, PC, where he served as Vice-President. Dr. Lawhorn also worked with John Chesebrough, Professor-Emeritus at the University of California at Los Angles (UCLA) developing accounting systems for minority and disadvantaged groups.

Under his leadership, Lawhorn & Company International, Inc., has grown to become one of the largest bookkeeping firms in the country, working exclusively for Churches, Ministries & Non-Profit Organizations. Dr. Lawhorn believes the mission of Lawhorn & Company International is to provide the clients and ministries he serves with meaningful financial management reports in order that they maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations so that they are free to fulfill their unique God-given vision.
